This is a bespoke service, ideally delivered in the workplace, designed to provide mentorship & support to teams or individuals. It can be used to consolidate prior learning, or work with teams to develop services.

Examples of previous consultancy work include mentoring individuals following training courses to consolidate learning & transfer theory into practice; remote spirometry reporting to support a service; service improvement, developing processes & policies collaboratively, in-line with best practice & workplace education sessions, tailored to support a service.

I also offer clinical support in primary care respiratory clinics, both long-term and short-term, to include diagnostics and management clinics. I can provide high-quality, reliable respiratory diagnostics including ARTP spirometry, FeNO testing (surgery must have own equipment), peak flow and have advanced skills in history taking and physical examination. Management clinics can be used to optimise patient care which includes, improve inhaler technique, non-pharmacological management of symptoms, chest clearance support, provide patient education and self-management and identify patients who require referral to specialist services.

I am very comfortable working with SystemOne and have a good understanding of primary care QOF requirements.
